【摘要】 目的 探讨重度子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞Fas(又称APO-1,CD95)及FasL(Fas Ligand)的表达及意义。 方法 采用免疫组织化学法观察24例Fas及FasL在重度子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的表达并与24例正常晚期妊娠胎盘比较。 结果 Fas及FasL主要表达于胎盘绒毛合体滋养细胞及细胞滋养细胞的胞浆及胞膜内。与正常对照组比较,FasL在重度子痫前期组胎盘绒毛滋养细胞表达显著降低(P<0.05),差异有显著性;而Fas在重度子痫前期组胎盘绒毛滋养细胞表达的水平却显著增加(P<0.05),差异有显著性。Fas及FasL在重度子痫前期组胎盘绒毛滋养细胞的表达与新生儿出生体重和胎盘重量均有明显相关性。 结论 Fas及FasL在重度子痫前期患者胎盘绒毛滋养细胞表达失衡,通过免疫途径诱导滋养细胞发生级联凋亡反应及滋养细胞对螺旋小动脉的浸润过浅,影响“血管重铸”过程,导致胎盘缺血、缺氧,可能与重度子痫前期的病因及病理过程有关。关键词 重度子痫前期 胎盘 细胞凋亡
