【摘要】 目的 探讨利多卡因局麻出现的严重不良反应的防治。 方法 收集近3年来我科就诊出现的6例因利多卡因局麻引起的严重不良反应的临床表现和急救处理进行分析。 结果 利多卡因局麻引起的严重不良反应有共同的临床症状和体征。 结论 对该药局麻引起的严重不良反应的防治必须引起足够重视。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigatc the prevention and trectoent of the severe adversc reaction duc to lido-caine local anesthesia.Methods 6cases of severe adverse reaction and clinical menifestation due to lidocainc local anesthesia in our department and their emergency treatment in near three years were cllccted and analysed.Results There are some common clinical symptoms and signs of the severe adverse reaction dur to lidocainc local ancsthcsia.Conclusion We should sufficicntly pay attcntion to the prevention and treatment of the severe adverse reaction due to the local aneathesia with this medicine.
