【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫胎盘卒中的预后。 方法 回顾分析了我院子宫胎盘卒中7例的临床资料并追踪母儿预后。 结果 7例子宫胎盘卒中无1例孕产妇死亡，无1例子宫切除，但宫内死胎1例，胎儿宫内窘迫3例，新生儿窒息4例，新生儿死亡1例。 结论 子宫胎盘卒中严重威胁围产儿的生命，但积极救治，可避免孕产妇的死亡，并可以保留子宫。
