【摘要】 目的 观察钩钉内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上和肱骨干下段骨折的效果。 方法 用自制钩钉对21例儿童肱骨髁上和肱骨干下段骨折进行内固定治疗。 结果 随访3～6个月，用钩钉治疗的所有病例均取得了预期的良好疗效，均骨性愈合。 结论 钩钉治疗儿童肱骨髁上和肱骨干下段骨折较为理想，不需要什么特殊的器械，制作简单和固定效果好，有其临床应用价值。
