【摘要】 目的 用碘油混合抗癌药物经导管肝动脉治疗48例肝癌。 方法 将碘油和抗癌药物制成乳化液，缓慢地注入肝动脉内，乳化液选择地流入肿瘤血管内，然后再入少量碘油-明胶海绵颗粒。 结果 碘油较长时间存留在肿瘤内，便于观察病变的动态变化。栓塞治疗后病人症状得到缓解，AFP值下降，肿瘤缩小，延长患者寿命。 结论 使用磺油抗癌药混合剂化疗栓塞治疗肝癌疗效显著。
