【摘要】 目的 探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在人流术前应用的作用效果。 方法 选择符合研究条件的早孕妇女200例，随机分成两组，研究组106例，对照组94例。研究组:人流术前12h口服米非司酮50mg，术前2h口服米索前列醇200μg;对照组:人流术前后不用药。 结果 研究组:宫颈软化、扩张程度明显，疼痛程度明显减轻，人流综合征发生情况明显减少，P<0.01，而术中出血量无明显改变，P>0.05。 结论 人流术前应用米非司酮和米索前列醇，能促使宫颈松弛，有效降低手术风险，减少并发症的发生，值得临床推广应用。
