【摘要】 目的 观察IgA肾病的中医辨证分型的特点。 方法 通过中医辨证，将111例IgA肾病患者分为脾肺气虚、肝肾阴虚、气阴两虚及脾肾阳虚四个证型，同时记录患者性别、年龄及理化检查等指标。 结果 脾肺气虚患者的年龄在四个证型之中最小(P<0.05);脾肾阳虚患者的尿素氮、血肌酐最高，内生肌酐清除率及尿渗透压最低(P<0.01)。 结论 脾肺气虚型IgA肾病患者病情较轻，脾肾阳虚型IgA肾病患者病情较重。
