【摘要】 目的 探索腹腔镜辅助小切口治疗乙状结肠疾病的手术方法。 方法 回顾总结27例腹腔镜辅助小切口治疗乙状结肠疾病的手术操作过程。 结果 27例需手术治疗的乙状结肠疾病除1例中转为常规剖腹手术外，其余26例均通过腹腔镜辅助小切口治疗手段顺利治愈。 结论 应用腹腔镜辅助小切口治疗乙状结肠疾病可以更大程度地减少创伤，缩短病程，进一步体现微创意义。
