【摘要】 目的 制备β-榄香烯长循环脂质体，以提高β-榄香烯疗效并减少其不良反应。 方法 用乙醇注入法制备β-榄香烯长循环脂质体，气相色谱法测定游离药物的含量。在大鼠体内进行药动学研究，并进行了制剂的安全性试验(溶血、血管刺激性、过敏试验)。 结果 β-榄香烯长循环脂质体的粒径为149nm，包封率为95.2%，大鼠体内药动学曲线的AUC、MRT分别为市售制剂的4.0和2.3倍，安全性试验合格。 结论 β-榄香烯长循环脂质体有缓释长效、降低血管刺激性等不良反应的作用。
