【摘要】 目的 探讨高频振荡通气法在重型SARS呼吸衰竭治疗中的可行性。 方法 回顾性分析2例重型SARS患者在出现急性呼吸衰竭时，分别使用常频呼吸机和高频振荡呼吸机辅助呼吸后，对血气分析指标的影响。 结果 2例严重呼吸衰竭患者出现气压伤后，使用高频振荡呼吸机辅助呼吸，患者的血氧分压、氧合指数均得到了不同程度的改善。 结论 高频振荡通气法可作为抢救伴有气压伤和重症呼吸衰竭患者的重要手段之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore feasibility of high frequency oscillation ventilation(HFOV)to treat severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)patients.Methods Blood gas analysis results in SARS patients treated with nor-mal and high frequency ventilation respectively were compared retrospectively.Results HFOV improved the partial pressure O 2 and oxygenation index in2patients complicated with barotraumas.Conclusion HFOV could be used for SARS patients with severe respiratory failure and barotraumas. ......
