【摘要】 目的 探讨三尖瓣下移畸形的超声表现及临床意义。 方法 14例患者行常规经胸心脏超声检查，部分病例行右心声学造影。 结果 二维超声心动图检测，全部患者均见三尖瓣下移至右心室，右心室被分化为房化右室和功能右室，伴有三尖瓣的畸形。合并房缺成卵圆孔未闭者，行右心声学造影，部分病例显示右向左分流。 结论 常规心脏超声检查可准确诊断三尖瓣下移畸形，对外科手术的选择和预后判断有很大价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic manifestation and clinical significance of Ebstein's anomaly.Methods 14patients were examined by routine TTE，and part of patients were examined by right cardiac acoustics contrast.Results All patients with two dimensional echocardiography were found that the tricuspid was downward to right ventricle and RVwas differentiated to atrialize ventricle and functional ventricle and associated with tricuspid malformation.Part of patients who were associated atrial septal defect and persistent foramen ovale were ex-amined to display the shunt from right to left by right cardiac acoustics contrast.Conclusion The accurate Ebstein's anomaly diagnosis could be made by routine ultrasonic echocardiography ......
