【摘要】 目的 探讨总结CO 2 激光与He-Ne激光治疗慢性盆腔炎的原理、方法与疗效。 方法 CO 2 激光散焦照射两侧下腹部569例，光距80～100cm，光斑直径12～15cm，每侧10min，照射7天，间隔10天为1个疗程。He-Ne激光照射穴位295例，取穴位关元、中极、维胞(双侧)，每穴10min，照射10天，间隔7天为1个疗程。结果 CO 2 激光组569例痊愈483例(84.9%)，好转62例(10.9%)，无效24例(4.2%)，总有效率95.8%。He-Ne激光组295例，痊愈0例，好转37例(12.5%)，无效258例(87.5%)，总有效率12.5%。 结论 CO 2 激光散焦照射治疗慢性盆腔炎，疗效优于He-Ne激光穴位照射，且具有易操作，患者乐于接受治疗等优点，值得推广应用。
