【摘要】 为了使医院整体管理科学化、系统化、规范化，促使医、药整体化管理同步发展，药剂师能更好的发挥专业知识，让患者体会到在医院看病“病人至上，一切为了患者”的药师指导现代化服务模式。体现药师与病人零距离接触，发挥药师重要作用和医、药的核心地位。健全工作岗位中各项责任制度，规范操作程序。严把药品出入库环节管理，做到药库为临床、药房服务，临床、药房为病人服务的宗旨。加强各环节的管理确保药品质量安全、有效，是药学、药品工作永恒发展的主题。做到医疗服务，无止境、无缝隙管理;促进药学专业知识学习，提高药学技术水平。弘扬“在岗为公，执业为民”的思想。医疗整体管理科学化，管理制度规范化、系统化、现代化，临床用药合理，药库药品积压损耗实现零缺陷，做到了满足病人、临床的需要。
