【摘要】 目的 应用对红细胞补体受体1分子(CR 1 )容量检测的实验方法，研究其对淋巴瘤的临床价值。 方法 戊二醛固定红细胞，每份样本将3×10 9 的红细胞定量“液相包被”于V型板中，依次加入抗红细胞CR 1 单抗碱性磷酸酶标记的第二抗体及可溶性底物显色，移显色液于比色孔，405nm比色，计算其吸光度A值。 结果 正常健康人红细胞CR 1 分子数明显高于淋巴瘤患者(P<0.01)。 结论 红细胞CR 1 量表达及其变化与淋巴瘤的发生发展及转归有明显的相关性。故对该疾病的诊断及疗效的评价有重要的临床价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of quantitative expression of complement recep-tor type1on erythrocytes(ECR 1 )in patients with lymphoma.Methods In each sample glutaraldehyde-fixed red blood cells(RBC)of3×10 9 were analyzed in V well microtiter plates.The second antibody of antialkaline phos-phatase and the soluble substrate were added following3washes in S/BSA.The supernatant was transferred to a clean U microtiter plate to faclitate in a plate reader at405nm and compute the absorbance(A).Results The quantitative expression on ECR 1 in patients with lymphoma was significantly lower than that of healthy individuals(P<0.01).Conclusion Quantitative expression of ECR 1 might play an important role in the pathogenesis ......
