【摘要】 目的 对30例原发性进展期胃腺癌进行胃癌及周围组织和血液中的胃泌素(GAS)、胰高血糖素(GLU)和胰岛素(INS)的含量测定，研究胃癌与检测指标间的相关性，进一步了解胃癌细胞的生物学行为及规律。 方法 取胃癌不同部位的新鲜组织和手术前后的血清标本，通过免疫组化方法检测各组织和血清中的GAS、GLU和INS的含量表达及其相关性。 结果 癌细胞组织中的GAS含量明显高于远癌部组织和手术前、后的血液的含量(P<0.01);不同部位胃组织和血液中的GLU含量均明显增高，癌组织尤为明显，与术后血液中的含量比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，术后血中含量明显降低。有癌转移的淋巴结中的GAS、GLU含量明显高于无转移的淋巴结组织(P<0.01)，术前血中的GAS含量与淋巴结中的含量呈正相关，不同生长方式胃癌组织中GAS、GLU和INS含量差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 术前检测血液中的GAS、GLU含量可以作为胃癌病理诊断的辅助指标。
