【摘要】 目的 制订阿归养血颗粒质量标准。 方法 对黄芪药材进行了薄层鉴别，用高效液相色谱法测定了芍药苷含量，色谱柱:Alltech C 18 (4.6mm×250mm)，流动相:乙腈—水(15:85)，检测波长230nm。结果 回收率平均97.1%(RSD=1.6%，n=5)，线性关系r=0.9998，重复性RSD=2.8%(n=6)，精密度RSD=1.1%(n=6)。 结论 方法稳定、可靠，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
