【摘要】 目的 探讨前列腺素E 1 (PGE 1 )对周围神经损伤的再生作用并与维生素B 1 、B 6 的疗效作比较。 方法 将22例30根前臂神经损伤的患者(正中神经14条，尺神经16条)，根据入院时间随机分为维生素B组:神经缝合术后口服维生素B 1 、B 6 各10mg/次，每日1次，连续用药3个月;PGE 1 组:神经缝合术后PGE 1 50μg加入0.9%生理盐水500ml静滴，每日1次，连续用药1个月。术后平均随访7个月肌电图检测，测定神经运动电位、感觉电位的潜伏期和波幅。 结果 两组相比，除正中神经运动电位潜伏期和尺神经感觉电位波幅无明显差异外，其余各指标PGE 1 组均优于维生素B组。 结论 前列腺素E 1 对周围神经损伤后有促进其恢复的作用。
