【摘要】 目的 比较波依定与心痛定对轻中度原发性高血压的降压疗效与安全性。 方法 64例轻中度原发性高血压患者随机分为波依定组和心痛定组各32例，治疗4周。 结果 波依定组和心痛定组总有效率分别为93.7%和78.1%，两者对比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 波依定治疗轻中度原发性高血压疗效好而且安全。
