【摘要】 目的 评价服用北京降压O号片剂治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者的降压疗效和不良反应及其在汉族、哈族两民族间的差异。 方法 汉、哈族轻中度原发性高血压病患者各28例，均服用降压O号1片(0.1g)/d，每日早晨服1次进行降压治疗24周。 结果 两组治疗前后的降压有效率和降压幅度比较差异无显著性(有效率:93.4%/86.8%，P>0.05，收缩压下降幅度:15.86%/17.10%，P>0.05)，未发现低钾血症和抑郁倾向，无严重的不良反应发生。 结论 降压O号对汉、哈族轻中度原发性高血压均有较好的治疗作用，副作用小，安全性好，大多数患者只需每日服用1片即可将血压控制在正常范围。
