【摘要】 目的 探讨高频超声在乳腺隐匿性肿瘤术前超声引导下穿刺定位的价值。 方法 对48例女性患者的61个临床触诊阴性的乳腺隐匿性肿瘤，在高频超声引导下穿刺置入金属钢丝术前定位。 结果 61个乳腺肿瘤定位准确率为100%，全部经手术顺利切除，其中病理证实良性肿瘤54个，恶性肿瘤7个。 结论 乳腺隐匿性肿瘤超声引导下术前定位，有利于手术中迅速找到肿瘤，缩短了手术时间，提高了手术质量，是一种理想定位方法。
