【摘要】 目的 探讨在基层医院使用胰岛素的缺陷及校正。 方法 以问卷形式随机调查我院内科医生、护士100名;调查我院门诊2型糖尿病(DM)病人100例，均符合WHO1999糖尿病诊断标准。 结果 基层医院医患双方糖尿病知识匮乏;定期监测欠缺;胰岛素使用态度上认识不足;造成胰岛素使用率低、使用方法不当及治疗上的落后。 结论 胰岛素是DM并发症的应用指征，及时正确地使用胰岛素可挽救生命，避免或延缓DM慢性并发症的进展，提高生活质量。DM教育对胰岛素的使用起着关键作用。
