【摘要】 目的 观察心先安对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者左室舒张功能的影响。 方法 96例AMI患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规方法治疗;治疗组在常规方法治疗的基础上加用心先安注射液90～120mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液(或生理盐水)250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次。两组疗程均为2周。分别于治疗前和治疗后2周行心脏超声心动图，测定每搏量、心排血量、心排血指数、左心室射血分数、室壁增厚率、左心室短轴缩短率等。 结果 治疗2周后，治疗组患者的心排血量、每搏量、心排血指数、左心室射血分数、室壁增厚率、左心室短轴缩短率改善明显，与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)，其中每搏量、左心室射血分数与对照组比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05);对照组以上指标治疗后虽有改善，但与治疗前比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 在常规方法治疗AMI的基础上用心先安注射液，能有效地改善患者的左室舒张功能，从而改善患者的左心功能。
