【摘要】 目的 观察高胆固醇膳食对鼠前列腺及其各腺叶的影响,建立高胆固醇饮食致前列腺增大的动物模型,为进一步探讨膳食结构与前列腺增生和前列腺癌发病的关系提供实验模型。 方法 高胆固醇饮食喂养SD大鼠4个月,观察饮食对前列腺总重量的变化和不同腺叶的变化。 结果 常规饮食组体重为535±75g,高胆固醇组为747±103g,两组间体重变化差异有显著性(P<0.01),高胆固醇组大鼠前列腺重量明显增加(1850±350mg),以腹侧叶明显(1120±230mg),统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.001)。 结论 高胆固醇饮食导致前列腺的体积和重量的增加,饮食结构与前列腺重量变化密切相关,提示高胆固醇饮食是前列腺疾病发生的高危因素。【关键词】 胆固醇饮食 大鼠 前列腺 膳食结构

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the possible effects of dietary fat on the prostate of SD rats.To provide a animal model that high cholesterol diet increases the shape and size of rat prostate.Methods A total48Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this experiment with24on high cholesterol diet and the other24on low cholesterol fat diet fed.The feedingwere carried out for16weeks and started when the animals were at15days of age.The bodyweight,prostate weight and the weight of different lobes were examined.Results The experiment showed that the weight of the prostate was much more heavy in high cholesterol diet group(1850±350mg)than that in low cholesterol diet group(P<0.001).The body weight significantly increased in high cholesterol diet group(747±103g)compared with that in low cholesterol diet group(P<0.01).Conclusion This study provided further evidence that high cholesterol fat diet lead to increasing the weight of rat prostate.Combining the epidemiology data ......
