【摘要】 目的 分析研究老年人肺炎的临床特点。 方法 采用我部近4年来60岁以上75例以肺炎为主要诊断的老年患者的临床特点及防治等进行综合分析。 结果 老年人肺炎常发生在多种慢性疾病的基础上，症状多样且不典型，诊断主要在于提高警惕与重视患者一般状态变化，胸部X线检查仍为诊断的重要手段，治疗上除应用抗生素外，必须加强全身等综合治疗。 结论 老年人肺炎治愈率的关键在于迅速正确的早期诊断和充分合理的治疗。
