【摘要】 目的 探讨胸部低剂量CT扫描在胸外伤急诊检查中的应用价值。 方法 对8例轻症胸外伤患者急诊行常规X线胸片及胸部低剂量CT扫描，比较这两种检查方法的检查效率、诊断价值。 结果 在常规X线胸片检查中，8例胸外伤患者中7例患者未发现异常，仅1例发现肺局部挫裂伤;在低剂量CT扫描检查中，5例患者无异常发现，3例患者发现局部有肺挫裂伤，其中有1例合并少量胸腔积液;两种方法均未发现肋骨骨折。低剂量CT的检查效率明显优于常规X线胸片检查。 结论 辐射当量与胸部常规摄片相当的胸部低剂量CT对肺创伤病变的检查效率及诊断价值明显优于胸片，适合于胸外伤患者的急诊检查，是一种值得提倡的胸外伤急诊检查方法。
