【摘要】 目的 探讨脑脊液置换并椎管内注药治疗结核性脑膜炎的疗效。 方法 将确诊的85例病例分为常规治疗组(25例)、椎管内注药组(28例)和脑脊液置换并椎管内注药组(32例)，比较三组之间的疗效。 结果 常规治疗组治愈率为52%;椎管内注药组治愈率为71.4%;脑脊液置换并椎管内注药组治愈率为90.7%。三组之间的疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 在抗痨基础上采用脑脊液置换并椎管内注药治疗结核性脑膜炎临床治愈率高、病死率低及后遗症少，值得推广。
