【摘要】 目的 研究国产盐酸莫索尼定对继发性高血压大鼠的降压作用。 方法 采用颈动脉直接插管测压和尾动脉间接测压。 结果 莫索尼定对清醒和麻醉肾性(2K-1C)高血压大鼠均有降压作用。 结论 国产莫索尼定对症状性高血压大鼠的降压作用显著。

    Antihypertensive action of moxonidion on secondary hypertension in rats

    【Abstract】 Objective To study antihypertensive action of the domestic moxonidine on secondary hypertension in rats.Methods Arterial blood pressure was determined directly by a catheter of carotiad artery or indirectly by a tail-cuff method.Results Arterial blood pressure after administration of moxonidine was reduced both conscious and anesthetizied renal-hypertensive rats.Conclusion Moxonidine made in China obviously lowered blood pressure on symptomtic hypertension in rats.
