【摘要】 目的 探讨外周血造血干细胞加激活骨髓自体移植治疗急性白血病的疗效。 方法 8例难治性急性白血病患者经G-CSF(6μg/kg)动员3天，采集外周血干细胞，MNC1.52×10 8 /kg(0.75～2.40×10 8 )，CD34 + 细胞5.8×10 6 /kg。采集自体骨髓体外加入IL-2孵育72h，激活前后MNC分别为1.0(0.81～1.24)×10 8 /kg，0.78(0.54～0.86)×10 8 /kg。预处理方案:MAC(急性髓性白血病)，TAC(急性淋巴细胞白血病)。 结果 所有患者造血及免疫功能均重建，移植后6例持续缓解(CCR)70.5(135～146)个月，1例死于相关并发症。 结论 外周血造血干细胞加激活骨髓自体移值治疗急性白血病是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
