【摘要】 目的 研究P 21WAF1 蛋白和层粘连蛋白(LN)在结节性甲状腺肿中的表达水平及意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测50例结节性甲状腺肿、40例正常甲状腺组织、40例甲状腺癌标本中P 21WAF1 蛋白和LN的表达。结果 P 21WAF1 蛋白和LN表达阳性率在结节性甲状腺肿分别为52.14%±29.02%，26.45±15.89;正常甲状腺组织为87.01%±7.21%，20.45±10.2;甲状腺癌为14.20%±12.04%，60.12±23.77;三者比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。甲状腺癌P 21WAF1 LI和LN的表达呈负相关(r=-0.610，P<0.05)。结论 P 21WAF1 LI和LN联合测定对鉴别良恶性甲状腺肿瘤有一定的临床价值。
