【摘要】 目的 研究SureStep Plus稳步倍加型血糖仪和SureStep Plus稳步血糖试纸检测脑脊液糖含量的可行性。方法 收集腰麻病人脑脊液标本100个，抽取脑脊液一滴于SureStep Plus稳步血糖试纸上，用SureStep Plus稳步血糖倍加仪分别测定并记录1～5min脑脊液糖含量值，相同方法测定指尖血的血糖值。结果 脑脊液糖含量、指尖血糖1～5min均有逐渐上升趋势但组内比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)，组间比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。1～5min检出率指尖血糖为100%，脑脊液糖含量1min为83%，2min为98%，3、4、5min分别为100%，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 用SureStep Plus稳步倍加型血糖仪和SureStep Plus稳步血糖试纸检测脑脊液糖含量可行。
