    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between urinary retinal binding protein(RBP)and early reˉnal tubular damage.Methods The urinary RBP in 241cases of renal damaged patients was measured by ELISA.Meanwhile the content of urinary mALB、β 2 -MG were also measured.Results The urinary RBP in the renal damˉaged patients was higher than that of the normal control group.Urinary RBP has a relation of positive relativity.with mALB、β 2 -MGConclusion Urinary RBP can be used as a sensitive indication to diagnose early renal tubular damˉage.
