【摘要】 目的 探讨掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指背皮肤缺损的临床应用经验。方法 基于掌背动脉与指掌侧总动脉存在吻合支这一解剖基础，设计以此吻合支为蒂、带第2或第3掌背动脉的手背逆行岛状皮瓣，修复食指和中指指背皮肤缺损8例，皮瓣面积12mm×23mm～17mm×41mm。介绍了皮瓣的应用解剖、皮瓣设计和手术方法，讨论了皮瓣的注意事项和优缺点。结果 本组8例，术后皮瓣全部成活，皮瓣色泽、厚度及质地与受区皮肤接近，手部外形及功能恢复满意。结论 掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指背皮肤缺损有其适应证和临床应用价值，是修复手部指掌侧近节或近2节指背皮肤缺损较理想的方法。
