【摘要】 目的 探讨T淋巴细胞功能异常与再生障碍性贫血(再障)发生发展的关系。方法 采用双色解析流式细胞术分析CD 3+ T细胞表面CD 28 的表达水平及CD 8+ T细胞表面FasL的表达水平。结果 再障患者骨髓CD 3+ T细胞表面CD 28 的表达率显著增加，并且CD 28 的表达率与血红蛋白含量呈显著负相关;再障患者CD 8+ T细胞表面FasL的表达水平亦显著高于正常。结论 再障患者的CTL细胞在骨髓过度活化增殖，直接攻击造血干细胞，在再障的发病机制中起着非常重要的作用。

    Association between abnormal T lymphocytes and aplastic anemia

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the association between abnormal T lymphocytes and aplastic anemia(AA).Methods The expression of CD28on CD 3+ T cells and the expression of FasL on CD 8+ T cells were both assayed by FACS.Results The expression of CD28on CD 3+ T cells in AA patients increased significantly，and there was negaˉtive correlation between the expression of CD 28 and the level ofhemoglobin.The expression of FasL on CD 8+ T cells in AA patients was also muchhigher than normal controls.Conclusion The CTL cells in AA patients are activated exˉcessively in the bone marrow so that they can attack the hemapoitic stem cells directly.T lymphocytes play an imporˉtant role in the pathogenesis of AA. ......
