【摘要】 目的 评价内美通治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果及副反应。方法 子宫内膜异位症患者40例，给予内美通口服，每周2次，用药1年。观察症状、子宫及异位囊肿体积改变;血清E 2 、CA 125 变化;副反应发生情况。结果 治疗前26例有不同程度痛经，治疗3月后，20例诉痛经明显减轻或无痛经，治疗1年后均无痛经表现。治疗前子宫体积672.58±409.39cm 3 ，治疗后528.32±357.66cm 3 ，较治疗前缩小，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗前血清E 2 为257.47±187.62pmol/L，治疗后血清E 2 较治疗前略有降低，为223.49±135.69pmol/L，但差异无显著性。除月经少许改变外，未见严重副反应。结论 内美通治疗子宫内膜异位症安全有效，有价格低、给药方便等特点，适合于成年妇女子宫内膜异位症的保守治疗。
