【摘要】 目的 建立阿莫西林钠细菌内毒素检查法。方法 按《中国药典》2000年版二部附录(XIE)细菌内毒素检查法。结果 干扰试验表明，本品的不干扰浓度为2.5mg/ml。结论 细菌内毒素检查法可以作为检查阿莫西林钠原料及其制剂中的热原。关键词 细菌内毒素 鲎试剂 阿莫西林钠
