【摘要】 目的 探讨数字成像在静脉肾盂造影中的诊断价值。方法 使用数字点片，大剂量、无压式、快速滴注法对148例患者进行静脉肾盂造影。结果 肾及输尿管结石79例，肾结核8例，肾癌6例，肾先天畸形20例。正常35例。结论 数字成像可以更清楚的动态的观察造影检查全过程，提高了图像质量及病变的检出率。
