    【摘要】 目的 探讨羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植对眼表损伤的疗效。方法 采用羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植分别治疗1/2、3/4和全角膜缘受损动物，评价治疗效果。结果 1/2和3/4角膜缘受损的动物术后获得稳定眼表面，全角膜缘受损的动物术后出现大范围角膜表面结膜上皮化。结论 羊膜联合自体角膜缘移植能治疗2/3以下角膜缘受损的眼表损伤，不能治疗全角膜缘受损的眼表损伤。
