【摘要】 目的 探讨C-反应蛋白在葡萄膜炎中的意义。方法 采用免疫酶标法测定50例内因性葡萄膜炎病人和随机选择的30名健康者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)值进行对照研究。血清CRP值>3mg/L界定为阳性。结果 葡萄膜炎组CRP阳性率为64%，健康对照组CRP阳性率为6.7%，两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 葡萄膜炎病人血清CRP值多明显地升高，鉴于CPR是一种急性炎症反应蛋白，由此推测内因性葡萄膜炎的发生可能与感染有关。
