【Abstract】 Objective To improve the treatment level of patients suffering from glaucoma accompanied by cataract.Methods Retrospectively analyse the postoperative control effects of intraocular pressure and the postoperaˉtive recovery conditions of visual acuity of42patients suffering from glaucoma accompanied by cataract cured with inˉtraocular lens implantation after trabeculectomy combined cataract extraction from the year1998～2003in our hospiˉtal.Results Corrected visual acuity when a month after operation:0.7～1.56cases，0.3～0.624cases，0.05～0.28cases，finger’s number before eye to0.044cases.Control conditions of intraocular pressure:1.33～2.80kPa34cases ......
