【摘要】 目的 研究肝硬化患者转化生长因子β 1 (TGF-β 1 )及血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)的表达，并探讨其与肝脏贮备功能和食管静脉曲张的关系。方法 采用标准生物学方法即TGF-β 1 对水貂肺上皮细胞生长抑制的方法及放免法分别检测72例肝硬化患者及24例正常人血清GFˉβ 1 及血浆ET-1水平。结果 肝硬化组血清TGF-β 1 (11.77±1.32ng/ml)及血浆ET-1(78.37±17.54pg/ml)水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);ET-1水平与肝功能及食道静脉曲张程度相关分析显示ET-1水平越高则肝脏贮备功能越差(r=0.94)，食道静脉曲张程度越重(r=0.87);TGF-β 1 含量与肝脏贮备功能及食道静脉曲张程度无关(r=0.11及0.03)。结论 TGF-β 1 和ET-1可能是参与肝硬化病理生理过程的重要神经肽。ET-1可作为反映肝硬化程度、判断预后的参考指标。

    TGF-β 1 and ET-1expression in the peripheral blood of patients with cirrhosis

    【Abstract】 Objective The aims of this study were to determine;the variation of blood TGF-β 1 and ET-1in patients with liver cirrhosis;the relationship ofthe blood TGF-β 1 and ET-1with Child degree of liver function and the severityof esophage alvarices.Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from72patients and24norˉmal controls.The blood levels of TGF-β 1 and ET-1were measured by using as standard bioassay and the radioimˉmunoassay.Results TGF-β 1 level(11.77±1.32ng/ml)and ET-1level(78.37±17.54pg/ml)were signify-cantly higher in the patients than those in controls(P<0.05).Theincrease of the ET-1in the patients is closely as sociated with Child degree of liver function(r=0.94)and the severity of esophagealvarices(r=0.87).TGF-β 1 concentration is not as sociated with Child degree of liver function(r=0.11)and the severity of esophagealvarices.Conclusion TGF-β 1 and ET-1may play an important role in the pathophysiologic process of cirrhosis.ET-1concentration may reflect portal hypertension development. ......
