【摘要】 目的 探讨人工肝血浆置换法治疗重型肝炎的疗效及影响疗效的因素。方法96例重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，两组内科基础治疗相同。54例重型肝炎患者加用血浆置换治疗共87例次，平均每次血浆置换量3000ml。观察治疗前后临床症状、生化指标等的变化。结果 54例重型肝炎患者经血浆置换后，临床症状都得到一定程度的改善，肝功能明显好转。总有效率为63%，其中早期为81.3%，中期为70.4%，与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论 血浆置换对重型肝炎中、早期，合并症小于2项，治疗效果较好。对于晚期病例，疗效不佳。
