【摘要】 目的 研究B型超声在观察恶性肿瘤患者腹腔淋巴结转移中的价值。方法 回顾分析178例恶性肿瘤患者伴腹腔淋巴结肿大的声像图表现，并对其特点进行综合分析。结果各类腹腔恶性肿瘤晚期都伴发腹腔淋巴结肿大，超声能准确显示淋巴结的位置、大小，并能显示淋巴结宽径的明显增大、淋巴结内部回声片状改变、变形等特点，并挤压周围血管、与之粘连等。结论 对腹腔淋巴结肿大的声像图特征及发生部位进行分析，有利于提高肿瘤的定性、定位诊断，具有为临床选择治疗方案和判断预后提供依据的重要意义。
