    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of takayasu arteritis.Methods Thirty cases of takayasu arteritis diagnosed by ACR for classification of Takayasu arteritis were retrospectively anaˉlyzed.Results Among these patients the disease was chronic in28cases and acute in2.Most cases showed atypical clinical manifestations，most of which displayed debilitation，dizziness，aypnia，fatigue.All thirty cases were misdiˉagnosed before hospitalization，most of which were misdiagnosed as cervical vertebrobasilar insufficiency，neurataxia，nervus cardiacus neurosis，rheumatic arthritis.Vascular murmur in2sites were snuffed.Both upper extremities conˉtractive pressure gradient exceed10mmHg in18cases.The acral dyskinesia intermittens was obviously manifested in extremitas superior.Conclusion Takayasu arteritis is a frequent disease.Clinician should be alert to takayasu arteriˉtis.2-dimensional vascular ultrasound and digital substraction arteriography were not helped early diagnosis of takayasu arteritis.The detailed history and physical examination maked for early diagnosis of takayasu arteritis. ......
