【摘要】 目的 回顾性总结了8例心脏围术期患者行主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)的体会。方法 行冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)65例，其中使用IABP7例，左心辅助+IABP1例，IABP辅助时间24～236h，平均(144±80)h。结果 早期循环功能均有改善，6例心功能好转而脱离IABP，5例存活出院。另3例死亡原因为顽固性不可逆心衰、多脏器衰竭、下消化道出血。结论 IABP能明显改善病人血流动力学，早期效果理想，及早应用和严密监测是救治成功的关键。
