【摘要】 目的 探讨咽炎含化片的制备工艺，并观察其治疗咽喉炎症的疗效。方法 采用喷雾干燥一步制料法制粒，并用新型辅料为粘合剂，制粒压片。结果 与西瓜霜含片对照比较，治疗组与对照组总有效率均在85%以上。结论 医院自制咽炎含片效果好，制备工艺比较成熟、稳定，适合于工业化大生产。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study on the preparation of Yanyan buccal tablet and watch on its clinical efficiency. Methods Adoping mist-spray-dehydration-one-step-granulation and a new type accessories as adhesive material，we prepared granules and pressed tablets. Results Compared with Xiguashuang buccal table，the total efficiency of therapeutic group and contrast group is above 85% respectively.
