    【摘要】 目的 探讨海南岛黎族不同支系在2个Y-DNA基因座的遗传多态与差异。方法 采用PCR扩增DYS199、Y-27H39基因座，琼脂糖凝胶电泳及变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测结果。结果 黎族3个支系289个男性个体的DYS199位点均未发生突变，全部为C。但在Y染色体特异性微卫星Y-27H39基因座发现4种等位基因，等位基因频率分布，在3个支系中均以194bp的频率为最高，分别是0.711、0.855和0.667。统计分析显示:杞黎与 亻 孝 黎人群在DYS19位点的等位基因频率差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。本地黎与杞黎差异无显著性。结论 本研究为我国人群Y染色体特异性SNP和STR的群体遗传学、法医学研究提供了可比性资料，对搞清海南岛黎族的起源及进化研究有较大的意义。

    Polymorphism analysis for DYS199，Y-27H39 of three Li populations in Hainan Island

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the genetic polymorphism and population diversity of two Y-DNA loci in Li ethnic groups in Hainan Island. Methods DYS199、Y-27H39 loci were amplified and were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis and denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining. Results We found that all of the 289 samples chosen from three groups of Li ethnic populations had DYS199C alleles. The polymorphism of the Y-27H39 loci was investigated also in three Li populations. The results shows that four alleles were observed for Y-27H39(190bp、194bp、198bp、202bp designated as alleles B、C、D、E respectively) ......
