    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong Injection on unstable Angina Pectoris.Methods Forty-eight cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly and averagely divided into xuesaitong injecˉtion treatment group(group A)and routine treatment group(group B).The levels of serum plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI)，soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(SICAM-1)and C-reactive proˉtein(CRP)were observed after two weeks treatment in two groups.Results The results showed that the total effective rate was significantly higher in xuesaitong injection treatment group than in control group.The indexes of PAI were lower.and the indexes of tPA were hand PAI of the routing treatment group have no significant changes after treatment.The levels of SICAM-1 ......
