【摘要】 目的 探讨J钩牵引配合镍钛推簧在矫治AngleⅡ类错 牙合 中的临床应用和适应证。方法 选择AngleⅡ类错 牙合 患者10例，其中男4例，女6例，年龄11～13岁。夜间采用J钩牵引配合镍钛推簧远中移动上颌磨牙，白天利用Ⅱ类颌间牵引替代J钩增加支抗。结果 每侧磨牙平均向远中移动3.82mm。前牙覆盖无明显增加，平均治疗时间4个月。结论 对非拔牙矫治的安氏Ⅱ类错 牙合 ，采用J钩配合镍钛推簧及Ⅱ类颌间牵引远中移动上侧磨牙将会获得良好的临床效果。
