| 摘要:目 的 ： 评 估 治 疗 骨 质 疏 松 症 药 品 的 应 用 现 状 及 趋 势 。 方 法 ： 调 查 长 江 流 域 6城 市 136家 医 院 1999年 ～ 2003年 治 疗 骨 质 疏 松 症 药 品 的 销 售 金 额 、 生 产 厂 家 等 信 息 ， 并 进 行 统 计 分 析 。 结 果 ： 1999年 ～ 2003年 治 疗 骨 质 疏 松 症 药 品 销 售 金 额 在 药 品 总 销 售 金 额 中 的 比 例 呈 逐 年 下 降 趋 势 ， 品 种 结 构 呈 动 态 变 化 。 在 治 疗 骨 质 疏 松 症 药 品 中 ， 钙 制 剂 和 活 性 维 生 素 D类 药 品 销 售 金 额 排 序 各 年 均 居 首 位 ； 双 膦 酸 盐 类 和 降 钙 素 类 药 品 的 销 售 金 额 增 幅 较 大 ； 他 汀 类 、 选 择 性 雌 激 素 调 节 剂 等 新 品 种 也 有 应 用 。 结 论 ： 治 疗 骨 质 疏 松 症 药 品 的 市 场 前 景 仍 较 广 阔 。 关键词:治 疗 骨 质 疏 松 症 药 品 ； 医 院 ； 用 药 分 析 |
