建立合适的模型系统是研究食管癌癌变过程的重要课题.食管永生化细胞株较难建立,他既具有正常细胞的特征,而且已经处于持续增生状态,易于转化,对研究食管癌变过程是一种良好工具模型.本文就近年来有关食管上皮永生化细胞的研究进展作一综述.
